Mr. Rafferty is a licensed California Private Investigator and the Principal/Qualified Manager of Rafferty Investigations. He serves as the Associate Director of Investigations and Sr. Consulting Investigator, for the FIRM.
Mr. Rafferty leads investigations in the areas of Homicide, Attempted Murder, and Assault with a Deadly Weapon with the Specific Intent to do Great Bodily Harm. He heads our appeals, and mitigation efforts for our clients and is a Court Appointed Forensic Investigator.
He leads all work in all phases for our firm in prison related cases in the California Department of Corrections (CMF Vacaville, Pelican Bay State Prison, Crescent City Ca. Folsom State Prison, And Vacaville Sate Prison In California. He also handles Appeals and Mitigation Investigations for our FIRM. Mr. Rafferty is a experienced Investigative expert who brings value, experience, and expertise to our FIRM.
